“I received my sandals on Friday . When I tried them they were too big . I had ordered size 5 n these were size 6 I’m have been offered a full refund or a pair size 5 I really like the sandals so have asked for replacement .”

“Ordered size 42 which is what I always order for my husband. However, the latest ones were far too small. He couldn’t even get his feet into them. Soooo disappointed. Returning them, and having to pay for the privilege of doing so. I would have ordered a larger size , unfortunately l think I would have had to order at least 2 sizes larger. Didn’t want to risk having to pay to return again. Plus your packaging was far too small to return them in.”
