“I can't say how this pair are as I never received them despite having received delivery confirmation, the picture shows a patch of grass that could have been taken anywhere with no parcel in the picture its hard to track down where they are, In the past I've had lots of different styles of Lotus shoes they have all been so comfy.”

“Extremely stylish and so, so comfortable. I wore them all day, on a day out to Stratford upon Avon , lots of walking. Remained extremely comfortable; you even forget you're wearing them.”

“I had to return the first pair I ordered as they were too small. I ordered a pair the next size up and they were ok. I have been informed that my refund for the first pair has now been actioned but it is minus the delivery charge and the returned item fee. I expected to lose the delivery charge but I was very disappointed to lose the fee for returning the shoes. If they had been sized properly I wouldn’t have needed to return them. I always take the same size shoes (size 7) wherever I buy them and I have some Lotus trainers in a size 7 so I expected the size 7 shoes to fit. The price of the shoes was £33 but my refund will only be £27 so I have paid £3 to return them. I think this charge should be absorbed by the company, especially as it is cheaper to trade online without multiple premises to maintain. As customers, we have to expect that these items will fit as we don’t have the opportunity to try them. I don’t think I will be purchasing online again.”

“On 3 July I sent this complaint to Lotus - despite their acknowledgment saying they will "do their utmost to respond within 48 hours" it is now 9 July and I am yet to hear from them - disgraceful customer service. "In March this year after much searching I purchased a pair of Green Suede Delfina Slingback Court Shoes and matching Aletta Clutch Bag to complement my Veni Infantino dress for my mother of the groom outfit. My Son's wedding was on Saturday (28 June). I carried the bag - deciding to use it as a clutch bag rather than over my shoulder. During the ceremony I went to wipe my eyes and noticed green dye all over my hands. Later that afternoon one of the children spilt a glass of water on the table and a splash went on my bag - the dye seemingly just ran out the bag leaving green dye all over my placemat. I am bitterly disappointed and extremely angry - the situation with the bag is totally unacceptable and should not have happened. I do not expect to spend over £1,000 on an outfit for a very special day to have it marred by a bag that has not been dyed properly and is not colour-fast - can you imagine what would have happened if we'd had rain?! How am I expected to wear/use them with the knowledge I am likely to be covered in green dye? I look forward to hearing from you." Perhaps Lotus you could give me the courtesy of a response and let me know how you intend to rectify the situation.”

“I love these sandals for a wedding abroad and I usually buy wide fit shoes, so I was in two minds to order them as my feet tend to swell in the heat. I wasn’t disappointed they fit perfectly and they are very comfortable. These are the second pair of shoes and my daughter has a pair they are so comfortable you can wear them all night. I highly recommend Lotus for style and comfort and will be ordering from Lotus in the future.”
