“Unfortunately they did not fit me well and I had to send back. I found them too narrow for my feet and uncomfortable fitting my foot into them - too tight over the top of my foot. Shame as lovely sandals.”

“I ordered two pairs of turquoise shoes to match a handbag that I had recently purchased. I was pleased with the price since they were 50% off. Since I was already considering purchasing the same shoes at Next for the full price, this was a great bargain. I was disappointed that the colour was a bit different from what was shown, but that is often to be expected since colour matching is difficult online. Anyway, one pair was a bit too tight across the front ( it was elasticated) so I returned them using the Collect+ return label. After a week, I'm yet to get confirmation so I'm disappointed that it is taking so long to get my refund confirmed.”
