“These boot shoes I ordered came the next day the boots are gorgeous absolutely stunning they even have a slight furry lining brilliant for winter I ordered a larger size due to the fact I like to wear thicker socks don't be in doubt bye”

“Was informed that upon return a new pair of correct size will be sent. Had I not called to chase, I could have waited a very long time indeed as they did not have my size after all despite the email sating they did. Very poor communications from Lotus”

“Ordered shoes and received them following day even though I didn't pay premium delivery charge. Only slight complaint is they were delivered a couple of hours earlier than stated by courier and had to be left with my neighbour. Haven't worn shoes yet but they look very nice. Would use company again.”

“Really lovely style & fit, perfect for what I wanted for a wedding. Easy fastening with large buckle but downside is then being unable to get the fastening strap through the buckle loop as too small. Had to leave them both loose which a shame as otherwise perfect.”

“Very comfortable flat sandal, chose the tan option which is darker than I thought it would be but really like it. Ordered my usual size 5. Had a bit of a struggle putting them on first time as you cannot adjust the strap but have got the hang of it now. Great value as leather is so soft.”

“Website says sign up to our newsletter and get 10% off first order (excluding sale items). So I signed up, got a discount code, only to be told the code wasn’t valid against my order. The shoes weren’t in the sale. So now they have my email address and have already emailed me with no link to “unsubscribe” anywhere to be seen. It’s a con!”

“They took a little longer to arrive than expected, but once I emailed, they responded quickly and chased Evri. They don't feel quite as comfortable as my last pair, but I'm hoping they'll soften quickly. They look great.”

“I have returned the shoes cause i was dissapointed with them. The strap up the center of the left foot wasn't dead straight and cause it wasn't perfect i just couldn't stop noticing it Ihaven't recieved my refund yet and i returned them 6 days ago”
