“Boots arrived very quickly and were packaged very well. Relly good quality but the colour of the boots deliveredy were alot lighter than described and shown in the pictures. Retuned Boots.”

“I'm am so pleased with my black patent ankle boots, extremely comfortable and look stylish. Love the leopard print detail although not noticeable with flared jeans. Hopefully I'll get good wear through winter from them!”

“Lovely boots however the ankle is a bit tight but with the elastic on the side I can just get away with it as my ankles tend to swell sometimes not a fault with the boots”

“My boots were delivered to a friend’s in England so I have yet to see them. She tells me they look lovely. They were delivered very quickly and efficiently. I can’t wait until I visit next month to wear them.”

“I like these shoes but when they arrived one had a deep scratch in the heel. I've followed Lotus return policy for faulty items by contacting then via email but I'm still waiting for a reply. Not great especially when they only give you 14 days to return.”
