“I loved the shoes!! Unfortunately I had to return them as they were slightly higher and had a narrower heel than I had hoped and having had 2 hip replacements fairly recently they were not practical for me. I appreciated the fast delivery and how easy it was to return them”

“Super quick delivery and very pleased with quality and sizing of the boot. Only being a small size 3 didn’t know if it would be a big 3 but with fur throughout I believe it would lol be fine. Love them x”

“Love the style, some of the diamantés have slipped off and one of the soles have a lump on it. The quality is not as good as their usual shoes. I would have returned but I begrudge paying for returns.”

“Lovely shoes, well made and delivery was fast. Although the shoes did not suit me I had to return them. My money was refunded straight away, very fast and efficient service.”

“When I was younger I always bought Lotus shoes for their elegance. Now that I can no longer wear higher heels I bought these shoes with a lower heel for my granddaughter’s wedding and I am not disappointed they are still very elegant and very comfortable. I would recommend!”

“When I saw these shoes they were exactly what I was looking for to wear to a wedding, really lovely. Unfortunately when they arrived, as soon as I took them out of the box I knew that they wouldn’t fit. I’m a size 8 and they looked more like a size 6. I measured them against some similar shoes that I have , which were Lotus also and they were a good inch or so shorter.”

“These boot shoes I ordered came the next day the boots are gorgeous absolutely stunning they even have a slight furry lining brilliant for winter I ordered a larger size due to the fact I like to wear thicker socks don't be in doubt bye”
