“I like these shoes but when they arrived one had a deep scratch in the heel. I've followed Lotus return policy for faulty items by contacting then via email but I'm still waiting for a reply. Not great especially when they only give you 14 days to return.”

“Bought the Kristina black microfibre boots. I take a size 4.5 so ordered a 5. They are impossible to get on. The opening isn't large enough to get my foot into the shoe. Very disappointing. I paid £3.95 for delivery. I am very much hoping that I won't be charged £3 for the return. A boot is only a satisfactory purchase if it can be worn! Which these cannot.”

“My daughter needed some smart ankle boots so J looked online for her. I picked out a few pairs and she asked if I could order the Lotus ones. They were delivered quickly and my daughter loved them. They fitted like slippers and looked very smart.”
