“Disgusted with the workmanship of the shoes. Poor insole fitting and glue visible and able to be felt through a sock. Looks like a child made these shoes not a professional. First time I’ve purchased from you and won’t do that again. Still awaiting a refund”

“The slippers for mens are very bad designed with the sewing in the back and not protected like for the kids.They are very uncomfortable .Don't recommend for mens.”

“The boots look nice and feel sturdy. However, the material folds in certain areas, which makes them quite uncomfortable even after wearing them for some time. I’m hoping this improves with use, as Lotus customer service was not very helpful in addressing the issue.”

“I have the beige pair, and was a bit disappointed that the black pair were narrower but have used a shoe stretcher and they are fine now.Glad I didn't send them back.”

“Excellent efficient service and delivery. The shoes are very comfortable. I have had a pair in navy suede ones for years, still look good. These waterproof ones are just as good. Except.......I hate the laces!!!!!!”
