“I ordered a pair of your shoes on Wednesday 3rd July , paid £4.95 for next day delivery( Thursday 4th July) it has now been a week and no sign of the shoes, I’ve phoned and emailed customer services numerous time and no reply from either, I’ve even phoned the head office. So now I’m in limbo no shoes, taken my money and can’t get in touch with anyone. Please Help”

“Lotus shoes are comfortable to wear only complaint you don't do half sizes have bought two pairs of loafers which I have had ro buy insoles for because I had to buy a size bigger”

“Ordered a size 37 which is a 4 but they really are a very loose fit. So not true to size. Very disappointed and I wore them around the house so too late to send back.”
