“Love the style and colour of boots I purchased but unfortunately they felt too tight length wise and sent them back. I will reorder same boots one size bigger when I get refund.”

“Beautiful shoes! I have a reasonably wide feet due to bunions, but the shoes were a nice fit considering they are standard width. Was able to source matching bag from elsewhere, as currently not in stock. Delighted with purchase for my daughters wedding.”

“Trainers are lovely but too big. Tried to exchange for a smaller size following the procedure on the Delivery Note but my calls and email were not answered. Hence, I’ve returned them and am awaiting a refund.”

“I previously had purchased a pair of the Sycamore Lace-up Hiker boots & they have been so comfortable. I have worn that pair out & was so pleased to see they were still available. I have bought them in the 3 available colours. They were delivered very quickly (I am in Australia) & I am very happy with this purchase & the service I received. Thank-you !!!”

“My original delivery was disappointing as there was a fault with the shoes which were sent. However, the issue was dealt with extremely helpfully by a Customer Services Assistant and I was sent a replacement pair of shoes which I am very happy with indeed.”
