“Ordered shoes & handbag for my Mum to go with her wedding outfit. Shoes were lovely but unfortunately too big for her. She kept the matching handbag because she liked it so much. Easy to order and return, thank you.”

“Very disappointed. Bought the boots for a special occasion. Wore them for one evening and decorative zip broke. Was told I’d be charged £2 for using their return system even though the boots were faulty. Not had refund yet.”

“The shoes were delivered in plenty of time, with extremely good order processing information. The product was as described without any defects, very comfortable, the size as stated (3) was nearer a 3 1/2 not a problem, extremely satisfied would purchase from lotus shoes again”

“Shoes are lovely and I'm very pleased. Only disappointment was, I emailed Lotus regarding not getting my 10% off my first order. You never replied and I feel let down, so I can't answer your question below. Would look forward to hearing from you, still. Regards Jenny Patton”

“Beautiful satin heels . Not to high and more comfortable than I thought. Could be a little more padded on the ball of your foot. Lovely style as I didn’t want a sandal but wanted something less than a full court shoe.”
