“Not impressed, I have had this style in the past and they have been first class and I had them for several years.Poor quality now, and I’m afraid not impressed with delivery wrong shoes first order tut tut!!q”

“I have given !otus shoes 2 star for their recent service. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes, my money was taken , paid for next day delivery only to be told that the pair of shoes that I really wanted out of the two I ordered were out of stock and there had been an error. I had to send boots back due to poor manufacturing too before this. I love lotus shoes and would have given a 5 star review but for these issues. Unfortunately I have lost all faith in the customer service and unsubscribed to their website.”

“Ordered these to go with an outfit for a wedding. I had reservations as a lot of reviews said they came up very small. Ordered my usual 5 but wow, couldn’t get my foot in them! Sadly returned, shame because they would have been perfect”

“Lovely shoe but finish is really poor - first pair heels not fitted properly and replacement pair patent puckered so will be returning. Very disappointed as style, colour and price were perfect.”

“I was sent the wrong sandals. I contacted customer services who promised an exchange the following day with a courier collecting the wrong sandals. A week later I am still waiting for either the exchange or a refund. Customer services have not responded to my messages.”

“I bought a pair of black court shoes with a comfort cushion under the ball of the foot. Took them on a cruise the next day. The first time I wore them they felt lovely when I slipped them on, but by the end of the night the pain from walking on the cushion was excruciating. When I got back to my cabin the balls of my feet were actually bruised.”

“Really liked the shoes I ordered, really wanted them. The website accepted my order. Came back to me saying the shoes were no longer available. I chose something else which fell a long way short my requirements. So disappointed.”

“There was nothing wrong with the shoes but the 10% first use discount was not applied to the order so I had to contact customer services to arrange refund. I was told the software was set for sale mode which overrides 1st Use discount. Therefore first impressions are poor.”

“The sizing is not very accurate at all for the Lotus women’s boots. I had to order three times before I managed to get a pair that fitted me, so I ended up spending out £8.85 altogether on delivery. The first pair I ordered in size 6 felt two sizes too big so I reordered them in size 4 and another style in size 5, but both of these were too small. So I reordered a 6 in the style I’d tried in size 5 and these fitted. Unfortunately though I also ended up returning these as well because there was a fault with the fur trimming at the front top of one of these boots. It was so sparse that it didn’t match the other one and looked odd. I was very disappointed because I would have kept them otherwise, but I didn’t want to order another pair and spend yet another £2.95 on delivery. I know the delivery cost is reasonable but not if you keep having to return items. I was pleased that you offer free returns though and thought your sale prices were very good.”

“The order arrived promptly - then all went downhill. The shoes ordered were size 9.5, and the box was labelled thus. The shoes however were labelled 8.5. A check n the size by putting feet in showed that the true size was probably about 9. The manufacture was careless, and unsatisfactory. Items returned for refund.”

“Ordered boots on line only to be told that they were out of stock and I could choose another design, which I consequently did. I was told by phone that the new order would have priority dispatch and would be with me in a couple of days. After a week the items had still not arrived. On phoning the Company, I was then told that they had no 'new order' down for me and the item was out of stock. I will now be looking elsewhere.”
