“They were not wide enough so I am returning them”

“Lovely Sandals but right one has tarnished black marks to the gold hardware, tried to re-order replacement but sold out on website. Also the box I received them in was bashed in and open at one end. This wouldn't have happened in the Post for the whole of one end to have come away, they were just sent out like that to me. I contacted Customer Service to inform them but they were not very helpful.”

“Bag to match outfit for daugter's wedding. Quality looked lovely but colour was not as picture, teal rather than blue so have sadly had to return.”

“One of my 2 items was cancelled by you and so I only got one pair of boots. So now I have to pay more postage to order another pair.”

“Ordered a pair of boots and trainers in the sale. Boots were lovely and quality I’d expect from Lotus. Trainers however were lovely fit but the amount of visible yellow glue on top was not a standard I’d expect. These were returned and hopefully the quality control will be better with the replacement!”

“These shoes are large my usual size 6 far to big but then size 5 too small very disappointing”

“I loved the pink ankle boots with side buckle sparkle but unfortunately they were too small not by just a little bit but by a lot both in length and width so I had to send them back. I find that in general Lotus shoes do come up very small although the shoes are lovely this is a real problem.”

“I recently ordered some Lotus Cedar boots and received Lotus Drew, when I asked for an allowance to keep the wrong boots I was offered 3% which equated to £3 ! I only got an apology when prompted and had to chase up to get a response not impressed with the customer service.”

“Ordered two pairs of sandals and was told they were out of stock followed by another email saying they were dispatched. A weeek later having received my money back they were still hoping in stock so reordered and one pair was dispatched but sadly too small. I fail to understand how a size 7 shoe is too small for a standard 6 1/2 foot. Pity as they were really lovely.”
