“Not the best experience. I have been buying lotus shoes for years but it seems the sizing has changed so my usual size 7 did not fit even in the same style I have had before. Exchanging is an on-going saga as there were no exchange instructions - and the collect plus label would not scan at the collection point. Come on Lotus you can do better than this! I am still waiting to hear how to finally exchange my shoes for a pair that fit.......”

“Unfortunately I had to return the bag I ordered as they sent the wrong colour so I’m unable to give a good review. All I will say is that returning the item was easy and I received a refund without any problems”

“I ordered the Dakota sandals through Charles Clinkard which were unfortunately too big. No problem with the shoes or return procedure but I have been trying to obtain a smaller size without success. Both Lotus and Clinkard constantly advertising these shoes even when no sizes are available!”

“Brought £50 pair sandals this July. I liked the style and comfortable fit. However after wearing on 4 occasions, to my mums funeral, to the theatre & concert then small garden party. The very thin sole near the toes became so worn away that the leather toe area became scuffed. The sole is far too thin & heel is plastic so probably will not last long. Nice sandals but sole & heel cheap material. If I hadn’t liked the sandals I would have returned. I have taken them to shoe repairers who confirmed sole & heel poor quality. This is first time I have purchased Lotus shoes and although I like the styles I will not purchase again or recommend, shoes should last more than a few outings even cheap shoes which mine were not. Very disappointed.”

“I am not happy with your customer service. When my order arrived the wrong item was sent I have returned the sandals and sent an email to your customer service on 6/8/21 requesting the correct sandals and have had no reply.”

“The shoes look really lovely, classy, elegant, fashionable, even my daughter seemed interested. Im a size 4 but I'd ordered a size 5 also just in case. Couldnt even get my foot into either shoe as the top strap was so small. It has a buckle, so I thought thats handy, but it's only for decoration. very dissapointed.”

“Perfect shoe but sizing is very odd. I am a standard size 5 but they came up very small. Ordered a 6 but these were massive so both pairs were returned. Very disappointing.”

“Loved the design of the ankle boots I ordered. They arrived within a couple of days. The quality was excellent. Why then 2 stars. The fit! I take and ordered a size 8. When I eventually got my foot into the boot they were so small I was convinced the wrong size had been dispatched. No size 8 on the sole. I've had quite a few style of footwear from Lotus and they fit alright. I am so bitterly disappointed by this experience.”

“Delivery was very quick however the boots have broken after only a few wears. Emailed lotus shoes with no response. Not very happy as these boots cost me £60”

“Although I purchased my normal size I have found them to be a bit small. As a result my heel rests on the ridge at the back of the slippers making them more uncomfortable. I also find the insides quite slippy meaning my feet slide towards and backwards thus exacerbating the issue with the ridge. I can't return them as I've worn them. But I will be buying an alternative manufacturers pair and leaving these as spares”

“Purchased boots for walking dog, less than 5minutes of walking across grass my feet were soaked despite spraying waterproof product on them, seems to come in where toe part of boot meets sole, waste of money”
