“My order arrived, unfortunately a size 7 in a size 6 box which l had the inconvenience of returning. Called customer service who were not interested in the slightest, just said they would send out a size 6. Sloppy poor service, l will not be ordering again.”

“Pleased with the 2 pairs of slippers, although they are rather tight fitting. However, I'm sure they will stretch with wear.”

“After Marks and Spencers stopped doing my usual slippers I tried several other sources before finding these from Lotus Shoes. They fit my size 3 feet perfectly, are stylish, cosy and warm and are well made.”

“Lotus shoes are beautiful and tempt to try, but few styles fit me, as I'm a wide size 41-42. The mary jane style I recently bought have to be returned sadly”

“Absolutely dumbfounded and angry. Package had been opened and a pair of shoes removed. Have been told that this has happened before with their couriers (ie Hermes!!) - forget that I am missing an item and it had my personal details in the package. Parcel was folded over so receptionist at work who signed could not tell it had been tampered with. Person at Lotus was helpful, but this is very poor.”

“Delivering was quick but found the size 3 shoes I ordered were just to big even if I were to put a sock in them. That said I have this trouble with sizing 3 almost everywhere.”

“For Christmas I purchased three pairs of boots from Lotus and they were all so comfortable I bought a pair of navy patented shoes. I am very happy with my purchase and will soon be getting the same but in black. They are true to size and I will always recommend to friends. They were also very quick to arrive.”

“Although a very nice-looking pair of boots, it is much too narrow for the feet, and as a result has been returned.”

“Good service and fast delivery. Quality of Lotus shoes very good. Bought pair of boots, going out shoes, pair of work shoes and some Lotus relief comfy walking shoes in the sales, set up for spring now. All very comfortable and very rarely buy shoes from anywhere else now.”
