“I have been looking for a pair of navy leather boots for a long time. The leather is very soft and they a so comfortable. They can be worn with skinny jeans tucked in or under straights or bootcut or neat enough to wear with a casual dress. Fabulous.”

“Had my eye on these boots last winter but unfortunately my size was out of stock, but pleased when I looked this year they had them in my size. I purchased the Navy and went with my normal size. Lovely boots and the fitting is true to size.”

“The shoes are lovely and the delivery was perfect but I had ordered the wrong colour and I called customer services three times in office hours, only ever got the answer machine, no one called me back, emailed three times, no one responded so I couldnt change my order once made and now have a pair of shoes in the wrong colour which yes was my fault but im dissapointed no one responded to me.”

“Ordered sandals. Received sandals plus an item from someone else’s order. Contacted Lotus shoes by phone and email, no response. Not impressed with the admin processes but sandals are lovely”

“I am thrilled with my purchase of lotus pink pearl shoes. They are very comfortable as the heel height is perfect and as I wanted them for a wedding they really look classy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.”
