“I ordered a pair of your shoes on Wednesday 3rd July , paid £4.95 for next day delivery( Thursday 4th July) it has now been a week and no sign of the shoes, I’ve phoned and emailed customer services numerous time and no reply from either, I’ve even phoned the head office. So now I’m in limbo no shoes, taken my money and can’t get in touch with anyone. Please Help”

“Perfect shoes for mother of bride and even better getting them on sale. They are beautiful shoes and the fit is true to size. The quality is excellent as usual with lotus shoes or sandals”

“Ordered a size 37 which is a 4 but they really are a very loose fit. So not true to size. Very disappointed and I wore them around the house so too late to send back.”

“My new shoes may be the smartest and most comfortable heels I’ve ever worn. Colour and style are as described. Purchased to wear at a wedding and they finish my outfit nicely and with a touch of class.”
