“I called Lords Sewing at 10 am today and after speaking with Yvonne, I made my way to the shop. There Andrew took a look at my Brother V3 embroidery machine, helped me to update to the latest software and installed the Upgrade Kit 1 for me so I can use my large magnetic hoop. I was so happy with the service and support. The staff are friendly, caring and really helpful and I was treated as a valued customer despite it being the first time I have interacted with Lords Sewing on the phone and in person.”

“It's been a while since I ordered from Lords Sewing because of loss of enthusiasm for sewing and embroidery. Ordering and Customer service is excellent my order was here next day. Floriani Appli-Kay Wonder fusible web is my go to product for appliqué. good price, efficient service. Thank you .”

“I had “lightly” dropped my brother sewing machine, which I only had for 3 years. I had initially taken it to a different shop to give me a repair quote. Apparently it was a write off! I took it to LORDS this morning and it was immediately looked at and after a couple of tweaks it worked and is currently perfectly fine! What a service and such a friendly helpful team!!”
