“I received my order form Lords Sewing promptly and without issue - in fact I received a telephone call to confirm the details of delivery I had given when entering my address, which was quite unusual. Very happy to use Lords Sewing again, and happy to recommend.”

“Thank you for order of Madeira threads. Very prompt. My only problem is that I wanted a “brown” thread. It turned out to be gold-colour - simply because choosing from a photograph was difficult. A thread description such as “light brown” or “autumn gold” would have helped. This is not a criticism, just a problem that I experienced. I wonder if others have too. I am now saving up for a brown thread!”
