I called Lords Sewing at 10 am today and after speaking with Yvonne, I made my way to the shop. There Andrew took a look at my Brother V3 embroidery machine, helped me to update to the latest software and installed the Upgrade Kit 1 for me so I can use my large magnetic hoop. I was so happy with the service and support. The staff are friendly, caring and really helpful and I was treated as a valued customer despite it being the first time I have interacted with Lords Sewing on the phone and in person.
