“The Web site is very easy to follow and I'm 68 years old and not very tech. The service is brilliant. I placed my order and it had been dispatched before end of same day. I received the following day. What a fabulous service. I highly recommend them and have used them a number of times and never been disappointed yet.”

“I ordered the marvellous Brother Scan N Cut (with some extras) on Wednesday afternoon and, as promised, it arrived by courier on Friday. I will review that after I have had the opportunity to use it more, but from what I have seen so far, it is really going to meet my needs! The service that I have had over the years from Lords has been excellent. It has always been so obvious that as a family run business they really do care about their customers.”

“Another machine bought successfully from Lords. It really is worth phoning them if you have questions as they're all so knowledgeable - Kirsty, Yvonne, Andy. They're all so friendly too, so you instantly feel at home with your purchase whether it's thread or a machine or a sewing machine table. Since I bought my Brother Innovis V5 from there many moons ago, I know for a fact that the after care service is great too. It's worth taking your machine there yourself as a) you don't need to put it in the box b) you get to have a look around their shop, as well as have a drink and a browse around Oswaldtwistle Mill shopping centre. All in all, a very straightforward and successful purchase.”
