“Ordering was easy, Lord’s service great, it arrived a day early. The software is brilliant when loaded. My caveat to all this is the challenge of loading the software. I admit that using Windows 11 after years on a Mac may not have helped. The sequence of events on screen did not always match the written instructions; we wonder if they need re-writing for Windows 11. If you have a grandchild available we recommend you to hire them to advise!”

“I ordered the Floriani colour chart and it arrived very well wrapped within days. Very happy with the speed of service.
