“So nice to get good customer service for once , didn’t have my whole order in stock but rang me up on a bank holiday to ask if I'd like the item that wasn't in stock posted when it comes in and rest dispatched immediately. Just how it used to be before shopping became impersonal. Thankyou”

“I ordered a bobbin spacer from Lords when I had tried an alternative company online and my huge local sewing shop couldn’t get me on for almost 2 weeks! I called first to double check stock and I received it a couple of days later. Great service and speedy shipping! I would have ordered my new Juki foot and bobbin case from them but they don’t stock them so had to go elsewhere but will definitely use them again 👍”

“I bought my Luminaire 2.5 years ago from Lord Sewing. Keith Lord delivered personally to me and went with me through the whole setup. Everything went fine. It’s a great machine. After a while I had some trouble with thread tension . Thankfully, on Youtube are a lot if perfectly explained solutions. However, I still needed some more input for problem solutions. Whenever I call, someone picks up the phone. You can talk to very helpful persons and there is always a positive response. I only can recommend Lord Sewing. A great company to deal with!!!!!”
