“A pleasure to deal with and highly recommended, will use Lords Sewing for all my sewing and Brother Scan n Cut supplies going forward. Service is excellent, a minor issue with my order (entirely my fault) was resolved without question and everything arrived quickly and well packaged. The icing on the cake is competitive pricing. Some family businesses deserve to succeed and this is one of them.”

“We had a problem with drive belts on a brother innovis XV EMBROIDERY Mc. We live on the Isle of Wight and could not travel to the store so asked if new belts were available for me to install. One belt came from Europe and the other from Japan. The staff were so helpful and sent these to us. This was not a straightforward job and the engineer Andrew Procter was truly amazing and talked me through all stages to assemble the replacement belts. Even when I made mistakes he was so patient and guided me all the way. The machine is now working quietly and performing well.All staff could not have done better,they rang back many times so that I did not have to keep trying to call them. They are always pleasant people to talk to and Kirstie is so upbeat and very engaging and enthusiastic in her role absolutely wonderful.”

“I odered some new cutting mats from Lords and one was in stock, the other was due in a couple of days. Lords called me to see howI wanyted my order delivered _ one parcel then another or both together, albeit a couple of days later than normal. I said deliver both and they duly arrived bang on time.”
