“Wonderful service. Order arrived the following day. I had a problem with using the large magnetic frame I’d purchased for my V3. I spoke to Andrew and he explained that I needed to update my machine. He guided me through the process very patiently and I managed to do what was needed. Thank you”

“Very fast service. Ordered item one day and it arrived the next. I had a difficultly with my embroidery machine accepting the new frame but Andrew talked me through the update process for my machine. He was so friendly and helpful. Great people to deal with. Thank you.”

“I have recently placed my first order with this small family owned business and I couldn’t be more pleased. My third Brother machine arrived a fortnight ago and I saw that Lords sewing had specialist feet for my machine. I ordered the feet and also a quantity of bobbins. They arrived very quickly, were well packaged and exactly what I required. I do like to support this type of business and feel valued as a customer. Many thanks”
