“I bought my first embroidery machine from Lords in 1999 and have been buying from them ever since. I have always received first class service in person and one the rare occasions that I have had to telephone for advice. Although I live 150 miles away from their shop, they are the company who have kept me supplied with whatever I have needed and it is always lovely to visit and drop off a machine for service. Their website is always my first choice when I am looking for any other supplies no matter how small.”
