“Very prompt service, the only reason i did not give it a 5 star is because they put one bag inside the other (obviously easier for packing and delivery) and it has been a bit of a problem getting creases out.”

“I was in the middle of stitching a design on my Innovis 1, swapped to sewing to do a repair and then came back to the design. Two days later after nearly pulling my hair out, I phoned and asked Andrew for help because the buttons wouldn't work intermittently. Imagine my relief when he patiently went through all the buttons, needle plate etc. on the phone and reminded me that the foot control had to be unplugged!!! Doh!!! Magician Andrew, I've put you onto speed dial - the wonderful girls already help me with overnight delivery of any threads I need. Honestly, who needs to make a trip with Lords on speed dial?Thank you so much.”
