“We started using Lords shortly after they opened in Ossie Mills in 1999 because we used to visit family in Ossie, my home town. Since then, although living in Ashington we have purchased several machines, had them serviced and also bought many other accessories etc. We have always received excellent service from friendly and informed staff and they have always been honest if a machine was being phased out and spares would become difficult to obtain ----a very important fact. Thank you to Kirsty and all her pre-decessors, particularly Keith and super technician, Andrew. Nothing has ever been any trouble for them! A great business.”
