“I was in the middle of stitching a design on my Innovis 1, swapped to sewing to do a repair and then came back to the design. Two days later after nearly pulling my hair out, I phoned and asked Andrew for help because the buttons wouldn't work intermittently. Imagine my relief when he patiently went through all the buttons, needle plate etc. on the phone and reminded me that the foot control had to be unplugged!!! Doh!!! Magician Andrew, I've put you onto speed dial - the wonderful girls already help me with overnight delivery of any threads I need. Honestly, who needs to make a trip with Lords on speed dial?Thank you so much.”

“I have ordered twice and have had excellent service on both occasions, I ordered aScanandcut machine and it only took less than 24 hours for it to be delivered, the next time it came by parcel post and I received it 3 days later. “Absolutely brilliant service from Lords Sewing as always! I ordered some Floriani threads over the weekend and they arrived really quickly, which is always a bonus. The threads themselves are beautiful quality — exactly what I was hoping for. I’ve ordered from Lords Sewing a few times now and they never disappoint.
