“Lords Sewing have the most excellent and team working for them, you couldn’t ask for more helpful and knowledgeable people. I first contacted them by email and started asking questions about embroidery machines. One email lead to another and all my questions were answered quickly and in great detail. They were so helpful I soon decided which machine I wanted to try and drive 3 hours to get to the shop (no local suppliers). It was well worth the drive, Yvonne and Kirsty gave me about 2 hours of their time and shared more knowledge than my brain could take in. I ordered my machine and they arranged for it to be delivered to my home and it arrived the next day. You couldn’t ask for better service and friendlier people, I highly recommend this shop as they are so wonderfully helpful.”

“Just purchased my first embroidery machine from Lords as I had a very good experience when I purchased my Scan N Cut from them.
