“Never disappointed. I ordered as soon the product email arrived. Next day the parcel arrived with all the threads I had ordered. The colours are exactly as described, What more can I say? Thank you Keith and the team for the fantastic service. Yes I did an enabler alert on social media, so my embroidery friends could share these beautiful threads.”

“We finally got to meet in person😀. Brilliant customer service. It was worth the journey from Stratford upon Avon!! Everyone is so helpful and friendly. The shop is like an “Aladdins cave” I could have stayed for hours but couldn’t wait to get home and have a play on my new Luminaire😁Finally got to bed at 2.30am🥱🥱💤💤 THANK YOU EVERYONE. Special thank you to Kirsty - Ive learnt so much from your very clear explanations on your videos. I must visit again as we “didnt” get to meet in person😕😕”
