“Lords Service is excellent part of my order being delivered by Lords was received next day However the embroidery machine is out of their control and is being despatched by Brother though very disappointed that it is going to take several weeks or so”

“I have placed a few orders of the last few weeks and the service from Lords Sewing has been excellent. I have recently returned to machine embroidery having been luckily enough to purchase a Brother XE1. I will continue to purchase my supplies from Lords Sewing and if I wished to purchase a Brother machine in the future I would certainly buy from Lords Sewing, The Machine was not in stock on their site when I placed my order, unfortunately the retailier I ordered it from claimed it was in stock when it was not, I much prefer to purchase from a honest retailer if it means waiting, for me service counts for a lot.”
