“Recently purchased my fourth machine from Lord’s sewing, and my third ‘pre-loved’ model. Excellent service as always and I’m delighted with my upgrade. Keith and Kirsty took time to answer my questions thoroughly, demonstrate the changes between proposed purchase and my existing model, and made trade-in straightforward. Very happy with my new-to-me machine and I’m enjoying the new features immensely. Thank you Keith and Kirsty.”

“Excellent service once again. Ordered 20 bobbins on Thursday and they were delivered on the Saturday and left with a neighbour because we were out and this was the stated alternative. I have been dealing with Lords Sewing for many, many years and have never once had cause to complain and they have always been so helpful with any queries I have had relating to embroidery. Thank you once again.”
