“I bought a V3 from Lords on the recommendation of a friend and I found their service absolutely superb!! The sales consultant talked me through the model and what it offered, payment options and delivery schedule. I was super impressed with them. Now they are my go to place for genuine Brother accessories and threads. Dispatch times are constantly speedy and they’ve never let me down.”

“When I need a specific genuine Brother part, Lords always have just what I need, speedy delivery and at a good price. My needle threader on my XV stopped working some time ago, took the plunge ordered two replacements at the weekend, arrived on Tuesday, followed Keith's You Tube instructional video- success! Now I have a spare for the next time ;)”
