“I rang in search of advice about buy to let mortgages and received very short answers with no solution or advice despite being able to afford a 15% deposit I was told only 25% would be enough. Despite it saying otherwise on the website. No solutions were offered. On top of this I was continually referred to as mate which I really didn't feel was appropriate.”

“This is the second time we have used London & Country to arrange our buy to let mortgages. In both instances our adviser was excellent and I cannot praise the service provided highly enough. In the second instance our application was processed on the Monday and by the Thursday we had our mortgage offer - fantastic!! We will definitely be using you again in the future.”
