“I was very pleased with the service I got from London & Country Mortgages. The first person I spoke to on the phone was the one I dealt with throughout the process - she was efficient and very responsive. Any questions I had were dealt with very promptly. “I have a complaint outstanding with the financial ombudsman regarding a data protection breach by London & Country. I did initially did complain directly to the company however the response I received from your compliant director was unsatisfactory.”

“Your service is very good for Generic Mortgage products you like to sell to the general publc, however as an experienced Landlord with a large property portfolio, and looking for more bespoke solutions for arranging finance then your service falls a bit short and is limited. I got the impression on the numerous occasions, when I asked for more complex solutions that it was greatly difficult to arrange, and when I asked for further information quite often it took weeks to reply or I never got a reply, only after doing a lot of chasing on my part! Doesn't mean though I wouldn't use your service in the future as it does what it says on the tin, although more complex matters I will definitely take my business elsewhere in future.”
