“Founds me a good mortgage but the service was not good”

“I had an absolutely excellent mortgage broker who has arrange 2 mortgages for me now. However I am trying to sort some life and critical illness insurance and the service is proving a little poor. I am still waiting to hear back from them, I have not heard from them in 2 weeks.”

“The L&C broker Tomas Farkas was exceptional - expert, clear, helpful, and instantly responsive to emails and phonecalls. The speed with which the offer was made and fulfilled was unprecedented. There were some concerns about the way the lawyers dealt with documentation - it was not clear initially how much needed to be provided, and more requirements came to light after we thought enough had been provided - but it was reassuring that L&C were in overall charge. I would recommend his service to anyone, and have done so already to many potential clients.”

“We wanted to re-mortgage to save money and London and Country have helped us to do just that. They found the best deal for us and talked us through the reasons why it would work best. They helped every step of the way, responding to my many questions really quickly. I have already recommended London and Country to many people that I know. I can't recommend them highly enough.
