“L&C have worked for me for almost 3 years now and their service is outstanding, very friendly and very helpful, Ian Goldsmith is my point of contact and is an excellent worker on the ball and knows exactly what it is I require. He organised all the relevant contacts who also were very helpful and consistant. L&C made this so easy and comfortable for me so I could go on with my everyday working life with no hiccups. “I remortgaged previously through landc and all went through smoothly. This time there was a bit of confusion due to the timing of communications between the three parties. I asked the contacts at landc for further info and they didn't help and then came back to me asking for information that did not make sense to me. I asked for further clarification and received no reply. The confusion was sorted out when I called the mortgage company directly.”

“OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Declan O Callaghan and Neil Catley in L&C have been incredibly helpful throughout this complex process. It felt like they went above and beyond no matter what the boundaries (which were significant) and always with a sense of urgency! I genuinely don't believe I could have successfully bought my house without L&C! I'm also amazed at how L&C as a company hire such great people, everyone was super helpful. I'm impressed!!!”

“We have used London & Country so many times for our mortgages. Our mortgage adviser Mr Aaron Lyall always put his best efforts to get right mortgage. Also all the other staff who handles the case are also very helpful. Especially when we applied for more then half a million mortgage Aaron handled our case very effective way and made it successfully. Further in my experience I can strongly confirm that one of my last auction purchase in July 16 the way he put his effort was excellent. In three weeks we received our offer letter was unbelievable. In short all I can say the services from all the staff are the best.”

“As a first time buyer I had no idea what the process was to obtaining a mortgage. By using London & Country Mortgages I was able to sit back and let L&C sort out my mortgage for me. The good thing was that I was able to email or ring and my queries were answered usually really quickly. I work shifts and found that I was always able to get in touch with my mortgage advisor. My mortgage advisor was brilliant and helped me with all of my many queries. As previously mentioned I was new to the process so found myself asking loads of questions. Regardless of this, my mortgage advisor was really patient with me and helped me with my queries. I would 100% recommend L&C to anyone wishing to obtain a mortgage and I will be using them in the future.”
