“This is the second time we have used London & Country to arrange our buy to let mortgages. In both instances our adviser was excellent and I cannot praise the service provided highly enough. In the second instance our application was processed on the Monday and by the Thursday we had our mortgage offer - fantastic!! We will definitely be using you again in the future.”

“L&C have worked for me for almost 3 years now and their service is outstanding, very friendly and very helpful, Ian Goldsmith is my point of contact and is an excellent worker on the ball and knows exactly what it is I require. He organised all the relevant contacts who also were very helpful and consistant. L&C made this so easy and comfortable for me so I could go on with my everyday working life with no hiccups. “We have recently take out two mortgages with L and C we would highly recommend this broker. The service was excellent and efficient we were kept fully informed of progress and the advisors were very knowledgeable and provided the right mortgages for us without delay.”

“I remortgaged previously through landc and all went through smoothly. This time there was a bit of confusion due to the timing of communications between the three parties. I asked the contacts at landc for further info and they didn't help and then came back to me asking for information that did not make sense to me. I asked for further clarification and received no reply. The confusion was sorted out when I called the mortgage company directly.”

“OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Declan O Callaghan and Neil Catley in L&C have been incredibly helpful throughout this complex process. It felt like they went above and beyond no matter what the boundaries (which were significant) and always with a sense of urgency! I genuinely don't believe I could have successfully bought my house without L&C! I'm also amazed at how L&C as a company hire such great people, everyone was super helpful. I'm impressed!!!”
