“From my initial phone all to getting my mortgage, L&C were fabulous. Scott, our personal advisor, was always available, spoke in terms we understood and went above and beyond e.g. calling us back in the evening when we were home from work. Then, once we'd chosen our product, the mortgage team were fab too. The whole process was a painless as could be. I've already recommended my friend who has has also had a great experience. We will be returning next time we move or need advice.”

“The initial contact was very good and a suitable mortgage found quickly - however the process after that has left us poorly informed, contradictions on the forms we were asked to complete about who to send them to and what to send with them. We have had to try and make contact with the nominated solicitors as they seemed to have forgotten one of the properties altogether. We have been told we have to pay a make up fee to cover the difference, but regardless of asking about this we are still unaware of how to pay it.”

“L&C Mortgages provided invaluable help to me in a time of genuine need. The service I received was offered via MoneySupermarket, and was completely free. I stumbled upon it after my initial lender inexplicably failed to offer me the sum I required after weeks of discussions and even after offering an 'intention to lend'. I then needed a new mortgage in a hurry, and I had little time available after already wasting hours on the original lender, with a full-time job and having a 6-month-old to care for. L&C Mortgages found the very best mortgage available to me within my criteria, and assured me of a likely positive outcome. They then dealt with the application and minimised my time inputs and any possible disruption. I was more than happy with the service - I feel greatly indebted to them for their help.”

“L and c have been fine but using an out of town legal rep has been very stressful to such an extent mortgage is STILL not sorted . This has put me off ever using a mortgage advisor from out with my own town”
