“I received great advice about the type of mortgage I should need and then was recommended a mortgage, which I successfully took out. The whole process was very smooth; communication was impressive. If I had to leave a message or email I was always rung back and given a time scale for communication. I felt like a valued customer. I was very pleased with L and C and would recommend them to friends.”

“New recommended solicitors aren't good at communicating, I never really new what was going on. Had to call them to find out if we had completed. (Gordens were better)”

“Really helpful and knowledgeable. My adviser explained everything thoroughly and answered any questions I had, no made how simple they were. London and Country made the whole process really easy and I am very glad that I chose to use them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone applying for a mortgage, especially a first-time buyer.”

“I would not hesitate in recommending London and Country, I just wish I had known about them from the start. Wasted 3 weeks contacting other brokers/banks which made the process more stressful than it needed to be. My broker was Alistair and couldnt fault him, very professional, knowledgeable and reassured me as my situation wasnt straightforward.”

“From my initial phone all to getting my mortgage, L&C were fabulous. Scott, our personal advisor, was always available, spoke in terms we understood and went above and beyond e.g. calling us back in the evening when we were home from work. Then, once we'd chosen our product, the mortgage team were fab too. The whole process was a painless as could be. I've already recommended my friend who has has also had a great experience. We will be returning next time we move or need advice.”

“The initial contact was very good and a suitable mortgage found quickly - however the process after that has left us poorly informed, contradictions on the forms we were asked to complete about who to send them to and what to send with them. We have had to try and make contact with the nominated solicitors as they seemed to have forgotten one of the properties altogether. We have been told we have to pay a make up fee to cover the difference, but regardless of asking about this we are still unaware of how to pay it.”
