“As ever, the L&C team are a brilliant partner to have when you are arranging or renewing a mortgage. It's great to know that there is someone far more organised than I will ever be keeping an eye on my mortgage payments for me and making sure that I get the best deal going. They don't hassle you at all, they just get in touch when they think that it's time to help you out and they act with professionalism at all times. I'm a very happy customer :)”

“I was always unsure about using a broker and I spent hours searching out a new mortgage myself. I eventually got in touch with L&C and they found me a better deal in less than 24 hrs, a deal which was about 15-20% cheaper per month. The advisor was knowledgeable and very helpful and then the application was overseen by a case manager. Overall, a great service.”

“Daniel Pitman was great i have used him for a few years now. He always returns my calls and emails and spends time talking things over with me. He may not find me the best deal out there to the public but he finds the best deal that you guys can offer from the people u can use. And for the hassle he saves me i always go with him. But the person who dealt with me after him not so good Joanna Sartain . She always forgot to call me and update me on things some times causing delays. She didn't seem to know much about what she was meant to be doing and i ended up getting really fed up with her so went back to calling Daniel knowing it was not his job but he still helped me. The people that was chosen for the morg this time are good but i have had nothing but hassle with there solicitors, There rude on the phone never call me back or return my emails. My morg has been transferred over since 1.4.2016 yet i am still waiting for my money that i am owed. Can i get an answer from the solicitor NO is the answer. Due to all this hassle i will not be using you again and do my remortgage my self as it's been hell using you this time. Thanks Rachel Jones”

“If you're an expat, you would understand how difficult it is to find a mortgage on an existing or new property when non-UK resident. L&C take the hassle away by speaking directly to mortgage providers who are willing to offer mortgages to non-residents on UK properties. They found the right mortgage for me within a week and I had an offer within a month - not bad for a non-resident 6,000 miles away. I will definitely be returning to L&C when my current fixed rate runs out.”

“L&C contacted us to see if we wanted a new fixed rate deal when the last deal came to an end. The first advisor who we spoke with was not very good. We found a better deal ourselves via our bank. We wanted his help with filling in the forms but he did not progress the matter so we gave up. Once the last deal ended and we realised that L&C had left us in the lurch, we contacted them again and spoke with another advisor who was very helpful; found us a great deal and it was all sorted out in no time at all. Pity that the first advisor wasn't that good!”

“Initially a bit slow in terms of coming back with options for mortgages after I had given my details. However, once I had agreed on a mortgage, the service was excellent - very quick in getting valuation done and approving the mortgage. I was kept up to date throughout and able to track each stage. Everyone I have dealt with has been very helpful”

“I was dreading going through the mortgage application process as everyone I know had been telling me how stressful it is. All I can say is that London and Country do all the hard work, keep you well informed every step of the way, are extremely informative and are there to talk to whenever you have questions. This was my first mortgage application and it went so smoothly that I won't be using anyone else for any future applications. They deal with the whole aspect including all the insurances and solicitors. Couldn't recommend enough. Thanks for everything.”

“Great service. I needed a Mortgage for a new build property and therefore the timeframes are tight. I got a very quick response and specialists which deal with new builds. Everything was done online, phone and e-mail and unlike other brokers I looked at they did not need evidence to be posted or did not insist in having a face-to-face meeting which would only have delayed things. I would recommend.”

“Having used London and Country for my last 3 remortgages, I knew I was in safe hands. Luke was there to answer any queries I had along the way and explained everything to me in simple terms. He did almost everything for me regarding my application for my new mortgage and also helped me with my life insurance. London and Country also get in touch with you towards the end of your current deal to help find the best mortgage for you again. The service they offer is quick, professional and takes the hassle and stress out of what can be a daunting situation. I thoroughly recommend them and look forward to them helping me again in the future.”
