“very good communication from the very first phone call. The agent dealt with my specific circumstances and found me the best deal without me lifting a finger. Even after agreeing a deal, the next time we spoke to finalise, the fixed rate had been lowered even more. i couldn't fault L&C. already recommended to family and will be using again when my current deals on my portfolio are ready to renew.”

“Excellent work done by mortgage advisor and Case manager; Danyah Siabdellah and Daniel Fullen. Both very communicative and responsive. Would recommend them to anybody. Hopefully all most L & C staff are as good as them.”

“All over all is normal. I have asked L&C for two mortgages. Mortgage advisor did good job on residential mortgage. All done is good time. But when It comes to BLT mortgage, he messed up things. It clearly shows that he has lack of knowledge on the BLT products and applied mortgage to wrong lender (without clearly checking the requirement from lender) and as a results, lender refused the BLT mortgage. Overall service is good is good on residential but poor service on BLT mortgage.”

“I found the service great my advisor Ryan kept in touch all of the time and always responded the same day however the mortgage manager I had was very hard to contact and took ages to respond I appreciate that they are extremely busy and when I did eventually hear from him he was very helpful”

“Found the process all very well attended. Our first point of contact, Michael Noble, was extremely patient and great at explaining everything. Everything seemed to go very smoothly from start to finish. If I were to have one criticism it is that our case manager, Jordan Pearson, didn't seem to be too communicative”

“This was an excellent service as it caters for those, like myself, who find it difficult to access traditional brokers because of work commitments during normal 9 - 5 hours. The people I dealt with were patient, friendly and efficient and took the time to listen and everything was clearly explained as the mortgage progressed. At no point did I feel I was being pushed into anything. Will definitely use again.”

“A very helpful and friendly advisor, Georgina Barlow, that searched the market on my behalf to find the best possible deal available to me. Some very valuable advice was provided which helped my investment decision. This particular advisor was very quick in responding to all my queries, regardless of how minor some were! Daniel Smith, The Case Manager, has also proved efficient in handling my cases and, as thus far, responded promptly to any queries and taken a supportive role in his approach.”

“This is the 3rd time we have used L&C for our mortgages and the service has been outstanding. The most improtant aspect is the regular feedback on progress as delays are normally outside their control and sit with the Conveyancers or Mortgage providers themselves. L&C kept us abreast of situations as they arose.No hesitation in recommending L&C as they have a panel of funders behind them, and being a large business are able to negotiate very competitive deals in the market place.”
