All over all is normal. I have asked L&C for two mortgages. Mortgage advisor did good job on residential mortgage. All done is good time. But when It comes to BLT mortgage, he messed up things. It clearly shows that he has lack of knowledge on the BLT products and applied mortgage to wrong lender (without clearly checking the requirement from lender) and as a results, lender refused the BLT mortgage.
Overall service is good is good on residential but poor service on BLT mortgage.
