“I highly rated the LockRite employee (Cliffe) who came to help us with a broken lock on our front door. He was very friendly and chatty, felt entirely trustworthy and like he was acting with our best interests in mind, and not like he was trying to upsell anything. He has offered to come back and look at some other doors, and again, I trust he will do a great job!”

“Having heard great news of LockRite Alarms (Simon) and being highly recommended, I decided to instruct him to supply and fit a new and modern Yale house burglar alarm system. He attended my property punctually and explained exactly what he was going to do and the estimated time the job would take. The installation was completed in a timely manner and Simon explained and demonstated how the new system works without rushing. His attention to detail is second to none and he cleaned up all remaining debris after the old installation was removed and the subsequent new item installed. He is a very experienced & competent engineer, reassuring at all times and his costs are reasonable. In this adverse climate of increasing crime, this burglar alarm is exactly what my family needed, in view that it is very flexible and can be armed/ disarmed remotely via our phones from anywhere around the world, wherever we can get a phone signal/ reception. Thank you, Simon, for having a caring attitude and treating our home with respect. I will use you and your company again without hesitation, in view of your back-up service, associated experience and customer care. Furthermore, I do recommend Simon of LockRite Locksmiths for the supplying and installation of their recommended burglar alarms.”

“The service was fantastic and a nice chap who did the work. I do feel that £133 labour for at the most less than a hours work is a bit excessive. However, he knew his job which lots of tradesman lack My 5 star rating is for the job not the cost.”

“Unfortunately I was locked out my home and broke the key in my door, so called LockRite spoke to a nice guy called Colin, he was very upfront at the start explaining all costs and was with me within the hour, very professional and polite, I can’t recommend him enough perfect 5 star service, will definitely use again if required.”
