“Colin provided an exceptional service. He was polite, considerate, and incredibly thorough, taking the time to check all the doors in our house even though the appointment was only for one. “What a lovely man Steve was so helpful and professional. Did a great job fixing our broken lock even though it was midnight when he finished! Then had to drive home to Harrogate.Ten out of ten.”
