“The overwhelming impression I had of Bob was that he's a decent, honest, trustworthy and capable bloke. This is kind of important when the business concerns keys and access and locks. After losing my car keys I had a look round the internet and made some calls. There are a lot of cowboys out there. I hope I don't need to use a locksmith's services again but, if I do Bob will be my first port of call.”
