“Called LockRite Locksmiths around 9am, explained the issues i was having where my back door was struck but also not locking. Alistair managed to get out to me in the afternoon despite being busy with other jobs. My door is extremely old and Alistair suggested a fair few solution and the issues the old door represents. He stayed until he managed to find a way to ensure it operated and was fully functional and locking despite the door lock parts no longer being made. He was friendly but professional and I cannot fault his service at all. I would recommend him to be used should anyone need anything, you can tell you are in good honest hands. Thanks again!”

“Cliff came out promptly provided an inspection, and assessed issue and provided quote, ordered replacement parts for next day and returned to complete the work the next day. We also had change of mind over type of lock and he came back to switch it out. Additionally he cleaned up handle and letter flap hardware. - re-installed existing letterbox in reverse; so sprung flap externally, to prevent wind noise. No heistation in recommending Cliff and would definitely use again.”

“Kevin did a great job. It wasn’t urgent but he was with me within an hour of me phoning up. He replaced the lock and sorted out the door so that it is no longer stiff and at times difficult to open and close. Very happy with the job and at a very reasonable price. Will use again.”

“My elderly parents had an issue with a new lock, which was slightly different and they were worried that it didn't lock. Called out Symon on a Sunday morning and he was round within an hour and reassured them and explained the difference. All good in the end. Brilliant service I have to say👍👍👍 Highly recommended 👌👌👌”
