“Professional and reliable. I had lost keys to the garage door. He came to Newport from a job in Tutshill which ended later than anticipated. Took just a few minutes to open the locked door. Due to the age of the fittings it took a while to install the new lock. It must have been nearly 8pm when he left for a long drive home (with snow forecast). John-Paul 'kept me in the loop' regarding timings etc. No hesitation in recommending him.”

“Alan the Locksmith was extremely punctual, polite and helpful, explaining exactly what the fault was and how he would remedy. No lock replacement was necessary because he cleaned the mechanism thoroughly and there was a marked improvement in efficiency so that it is possible now to close the deadlock quietly.”
