“Tremendous service from Carl at LockRite. My multi-point front door mechanism suddenly stopped working. Contacted Carl who came on his way home from another job because I couldn't lock my front door. Carl was calm and reassuring despite my fluster. Needed to order a replacement part but set me up a temporary locking solution. Phoned me next day when replacement part delivered and returned to fit new mechanism. Top job and top service.”

“Alistair arrived and was very positive and helpful. He managed to unlock the door with a minimum of damage, replaced the lock and adjusted slightly to make the lock work excellently. He did an excellent job and gave us back the security we needed.”

“Colin was quick to arrive on a Sunday morning and managed to remove broken part of front door key. He was very efficient and friendly and I would have no hesitation recommending him. Very satisfied.”

“Jim came out within half an hour of my call on a Friday afternoon when my back door wouldn’t lock. He secured the back door and ordered the part there and then. I was worried I would have to stay in all weekend with a back door which wouldn’t lock but he sorted it out and was back on Monday morning to fit the new part. I would definitely recommend and would use Lockrite Locksmiths again.”
