“Locked out in the rain, phoned, Louise and Louis were very helpful and arranged for Richard to visit in between jobs, in a couple of hours. Richard arrived as stated, assessed, explained everything, completing the job professionally and efficiently. Thank you, will use again, if needed and will recommend you.”

“Faced an emergency situation on a Sunday afternoon . Rang Lockrite and within 30 minutes a locksmith was onsite and had solved the problem within the hour .”

“Excellent service. I rang the locksmith very early in the morning (before 7am) as my elderly mother had locked herself out of her house. He was there within 40 minutes to change the lock on the front door and let her back in. Very happy to recommend them.”

“I called and received a quick response, with a time booked for the following morning. Andrew fixed the problem, was thorough and was very good at explaining what the problem was and how he was dealing with it. Door handle is working again, so very happy. Thank you Andrew. Highly recommend.”
