“Mick was a pleasant chap who came our house to replace the lock for security reasons and replace the handles which seemed to be malfunctioning. This he did quickly and tested it all worked properly checking each of the five keys. I though the bill was expensive (£198) but perhaps thats the cost of things today. The call out charge was £75 plus the cost of the components and VAT. I was stuck for time as I was leaving for abroad at weekend so neded the job done quickly and efficiently.”

What really stood out was his personality – friendly, approachable, and genuinely committed to going above and beyond. He took the time to explain what he was doing, offered helpful advice, and made the whole experience stress‑free. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical skill with such a positive attitude, but Colin does exactly that. “The chap arived 2 hours late without any notification from the office, only found out by contacting them that he was called out on an emergency. Although having said that when he did get here he was great. Fixed both locks on our front door in no time. Very helpful”

“Ian turned up early, which was important as we were meeting a bailiff to repossess the property. He changed the locks quickly and efficiently and at a fair price. He was also very friendly and polite.”
