“We rang about 12.30 midday about our UPVC back door lock which had jammed in the locked position. By 14.00 the lock was un-jammed and the mechanism repaired. The lock had been troublesome for a long time. The work was done with professionalism and speed. Excellent work at a reasonable price. Thanks”

“We had an emergency with the door lock on a housebound relatives front door. It was needed to let in carers without any trouble. Called Chad who was there within the hour and fixed it. No fuss no bother job done can’t ask for better than that”

“Alan came eaxctly on time. He was friendly and obviously very knowledgeable as he did the job very quickly and efficiently. The bill was very acceptable given the time he was here and the spare parts he provided from his stores in the van. Overall I can recommend him - and the puppy liked him as well.”
