“Cliffe came out to our house last Saturday evening when we locked ourselves out. He arrived promptly and was extremely courteous and professional while at our house. He explained the options and got us access very quickly. The price he charged was more than reasonable for his time. I would not hesitate to recommend Cliffe to others.”

“What a great service. I called to enquire if they could fit a new security lock to replace the one damaged by an attempted theft on my transit van. Within 15 minutes I had a call back with a very reasonable price quoted and within 2 hours, a locksmith arrived. The old lock was badly damaged and proved very difficult to remove and took a lot longer than anticipated but the locksmith Jordan persevered and solved the problem. The price remained as originally agreed and I couldn’t have hoped for a more professional and swift service. Very highly recommended”

“Needed emergency locksmith o na Bank Holiday. Call was answered immediately and attended site within the hr. Issue was fixed super quickly and communication was fantastic. Would definitely use again. Brilliant service.”

“Richard was lovely. He kept me informed of his amended arrival time. On arrived advised what he thought was the best way forward and processed to change lock and service and clean the inner working of the lock which did not need replacing. He offered information on how best to add security to the front door in addition to what is currently there, most helpful. When he left he made sure the area where he worked was clean and tidy.”

“Simon was brilliant, turned out to us late at night and was pleasant and professional. The door was jammed and he persevered and gained access without any damage. Then took the lock apart to aid future operation. Thoroughly great service - couldn’t recommend more.”

“Brilliant service from the booking of the appointment to the locksmith turning up. Richard was very professional, helpful and quick. My elderly father was unwell in bed at the time and he was very courteous and understanding of the situation.”

“Cannot thank Sean enough for attending so promptly, and gaining access to my property after being locked out! Professional, friendly and very caring regarding my circumstances! My spare key was in the lock safe which failed to work, Sean kindly offered to take a look without being asked! Highly recommend - wonderful and trusted professional! One of the good guys👍”

“Fitter was very nice , explained it was a faulty lock as door was 10years old , so wear & tare ; I thought it was door out of alignment; took his word as he knew what he was talking about ; would recommend firm”

“Within a short time (couple of hours or less) of phoning the Exeter office I received a call saying that someone could be there at 4pm. Richard arrived on time and promptly worked out what the problem with the lock was. Replaced it and checked the lock on another door which also needed replacing. Both locks were sorted out very promptly and professionally. Richard was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I'd recommend him and LockRite without hesitation. Btw. Another locksmith company I phoned wanted me to email the details over to them rather than take them down over the phone !”
