“We had an issue with one our doors in the evening and contacted Mick, and even though it wasn't an emergency he was with is by 10:30 the following day. Mick sorted the door and repaired it there and then, and offered some really useful advice about maintaining the doors in the future. Would recommend and would use again!”

“What can I say? I phoned and gentlemen was in Bristol and said he would come on his way back turned up check my lock knew exactly what it was. Change lock job really well done with recommend anyone.”

Hello Denise, Thank you for leaving your comments and we have been trying to get in touch to discuss but it seems you may have blocked our locksmith's number. With regards to the 2 hours you were charged for, it was explained that a brand new install of a mortice lock does take some time and this did actually take a bit longer but was reduced down to 2 hours for you to keep the costs down. Confidentiality-wise, I can only assume you're referring to your card details. If so, the call recording would have been paused so no details are retained and as soon as the payment has been submitted, the card details are wiped. These are standard procedures that adhere to GDPR. Please do get back in touch if we can help with anything else. Gemma
