“Excellent same day service from Colin Virgo. He diagnosed and fixed the problem with my UPVC door very efficiently. He had very good communication skills as well as being a first class locksmith.”

“I was so very pleased with the quick response when requesting help regarding lock repair, or replaced. Having already paid out, large sum to a company, which i hsve discovered are no longer in service. So scammed . I called on LockRite, a local company who came to check the lock, and arrang day to repair, turned up as promised replace parts that had been removed, now feel safe once more. This company are great, went above and beyond being. Very professional. Fast response. Thank you so very much.”

“I called Steve after I discovered a problem with my father's door lock one Saturday morning. Steve prioritised the job as my father is elderly and vulnerable and arrived swiftly, he fixed the problem promptly and was also kind enough to check the other external door was working correctly as dad had been having problems with it. Steve was professional, polite and tidy and I would recommend LockRite Locksmiths if you need a Locksmith in the Ripon area.”

“Had a smart lock fail on a commercial unit with no other access points. The only option was to remove the whole lock which is a shame but Kevin was able to remove it and install a tempory lock for me.”

“I needed a locksmith urgently on the Saturday immediately after Christmas Day. Key jammed in the locked front door lock. Unable to unlock it with a huge consequential fire evacuation risk. I had tried two other locksmiths who claimed on their web pages to offer 24 hour call out, 365 days of the year. Voice mail only - still waiting for them to get back!!! My call to Lockrite was answered straight away and a call out arranged for later that day. The guy turned up, was highly professional and personable and completed the job in around 20 minutes. I recommend this company 100%.”

“Richard from Lockrite Locksmiths gave invaluable help rectying an unfotunste position caused by a broken door to a bedroom. He arrived promptly and very calmly and expertly managed to open the jammed internal bedroom door within my mothers flat. I would highly recommend him.”

“I needed a new locking mechanism fitting and after a couple of phone calls to LockRite Steve came to the job and assessed it. New parts were needed which he went and collected then promptly fitted.”
