“The lock was on a house owned by an elderly relative who passed away in Autumn. It seized and we couldn't get access to the property. Matt replied to my phone call and came out very promptly. He was polite, knowledgable and efficient. He went beyond by freeing up an old mortice lock on another door which has been unusable for years. I was very happy with the service from LockRite & would definitely use again”
