“Thank you Julian for coming out so quickly on a Bank Holiday Monday to sort out my ‘lock out’ calamity! Really recommend your service - such a quick response; a calm and friendly approach and a spotless replacement. Just brilliant!”

“Very happy with the service provided by Wesley. Although the job wasn’t urgent Wesley called me within half an hour of my calling the call centre. He came to fix promptly as he was in the area and the issue was diagnosed quickly and the job done swiftly. I would use Lockrite again. Thank you Wesley.”

Hi Debra, thanks for sharing how happy with Paul's work you were, it's great to know this. We are concerned to hear that the price was more than expected Debra. You should have been advised of the rates during your initial enquiry and then you should have been provided with an estimate by Paul when he was onsite. He should have waited for your approval before starting any work and advised you during the job if the price was going to change from the estimate due to any unforeseen problems. You should also have been made aware that there is VAT and any materials used to be added to the hourly rates when the bill is calculated. This is all designed to ensure our valued Customers don't have any nasty surprises when the final bill is presented. We apologise if this was not your experience.
