“Colin helped us out massively when our shop door broke on the night of Saturday 14th February. We tried calling many locksmiths but most were either unavailable or simply did not answer their phones, which was very stressful as we could not secure the shop. Colin got back to us, arrived in about an hour, and quickly fixed the problem so we didn’t have to stay in the shop all night to watch the door. We really appreciated his prompt response, professional attitude and the peace of mind he gave us at a difficult time.”

“Bob was quick to identify the problem and had replacement part. Not only did he do a great service but also gave me useful advice on what to look out for in future. Sometimes with changes in weather the door can become misaligned and he showed me how to adjust slightly. Appreciate professional job and quick response. Thanks!”

“With all of the issues we've encountered, I can't thank enough Simon who has been patient and understanding as he helped resolve our lock issues. From installation up to the actual automations, he made sure everything was set up correctly! He also helped us get the right mechanisms and was so flexible with our requests!
