“Colin arrived within 20mins. I lost my only garage key. He quickly assessed the situation replacing the parts & giving me the new set of keys. He kept me updated on what he was doing from start to finish. Excellent & effort - highly recommend”

“Terry quickly identified the problem we had with our front door lock installed a week previously by another locksmith. He then put a new lock in for us and offered to seek compensation for us from the previous locksmith. Excellent sevice”

“Managed to lock ourselves out on a Saturday night. Lockrite identified a local locksmith who came within half an hour and gained us access to our property quickly and efficiently. We are very grateful and would highly recommend.”

“Exceptional service and advice from Freddie who went above and beyond to assist getting us back into the house within the hour when the door lock failed. He provided a temporary solution lock then returned to complete the job with a new replacement mechanism. We had been trying to get a tradesman to assist us with some internal door handle problems and a hinge that had also failed. We never considered this a locksmith's domain but Freddie rose to the challenge and fixed the lot for us. Excellent all round. Many thanks for all the help. M & J F”

“Arrived on time. Expert friendly service and helpful advice. Problem dealt with quickly and professionally with back up call arranged due to weather problems swelling timber doors. Useful help in overcoming immediate problem and suggestions for permanent solution. Very reasonable fees from this thoroughly recommended professional locksmith.”

“Colin helped us out massively when our shop door broke on the night of Saturday 14th February. We tried calling many locksmiths but most were either unavailable or simply did not answer their phones, which was very stressful as we could not secure the shop. Colin got back to us, arrived in about an hour, and quickly fixed the problem so we didn’t have to stay in the shop all night to watch the door. We really appreciated his prompt response, professional attitude and the peace of mind he gave us at a difficult time.”
