“Absolutely Excellent! Mike, Tunbridge Wells area, contacted me to let me know when about 15 mins away. Professional, patient, painstaking, knew his business, considerate, conscientious, and also, v much appreciated, he was extremely courteous and polite from the outset, something often lacking with tradespeople these days, particularly when dealing with women. Seemed a v pleasant man besides doing his job well. He offered to do the job straightaway if needed. I very rarely give five stars, but well deserved Mike!”

“We called out LockRite/Mike Smith after having problems with our main door lock. Mike arrived promptly, did a very professional job of replacing the mortice and was a thoroughly decent & pleasant chap. Would call him again.”

“Bob fitted a new lock quickly and efficiently for us while explaining why the last BS lock had broken. Great service with a small, in and out with problem solved , no stress. Will use again in the future.”

“This was an emergency as I had recently moved and the garage door key was missing so I could not lock. Prompt service from Simon keeping me informed. Explaining and showing me exactly what was needed to be done and showing me everything in detail when finished. He also did the same for the side door. So the garage is now secure both ends. Excellent and efficient service from Simon, good and efficient service from when I made the call. I would certainly recommend”
