“Fitted new door locking system, no problem, but the skill was getting it adjusted. Gave up called Ian from lockrite. Came same day all sorted. Working perfectly. Will def use again if needed.”

“Really great same-day service from Wesley at LockRite Penzance. He kept me updated on his arrival time and was able to replace the locking system on my upvc double glazed door there and then - no waiting for parts, had everything he needed in his van. Friendly and professional. Highly recommend.”

“Colin mended and serviced my lock really competently. He answered the phone immediately and had arrived to do the work within 3 hours. He was very knowledgeable and nice to have working on the lock. I would most definitely choose to use Colin again and will recommend him to all my friends in Lewes. Thank you.”

“We had a locked bathroom door we couldn’t access after the wind slammed the door shut, and that was resolved within seconds of arrival. Replacing the faulty door handle and lock proved more challenging and required 3 visits before the replacement I purchased was successfully fitted. All credit and thanks to locksmith Kevin who worked hard over several hours and persevered, despite the frustrations, to get the job done. The communication, commitment, and reliability to complete the job was aemir able and much appreciated, not something you experience so often these days. Thank you.”

“Colin was very responsive and explained the problem clearly. Part of the job was to reconstruct the lock mechanism because an earlier provider had botched up the job.”
