“We had a problem with our front door lock and selected Alan from a list of local locksmiths based on his customer reviews. We were not disappointed. Despite us saying it wasn’t urgent, Alan was fortunately close by and came within a few minutes of our text. His knowledge, professionalism and ability is exceptional and he gave us some sound advice during his visit whilst replacing our lock and reseating one of our door hinges. I have no hesitation in providing a very strong recommendation for Alan.”
