“The locksmith arrived when he said. After looking at the job told me what my options were. He then fitted my nèw lock. He was very pleasant, showed me the faults with my old lock that had caused my problems. I would not hesitate to recommend him”

“We recently used Kevin’s services and he was absolutely fantastic. We were locked out of the house late in the evening with our kids, and although he offered to be with us within 30 minutes, we fortunately managed to sort the lock ourselves. Two days later, the same issue happened again, and Kevin came to our house at 7 a.m. to fix the problem and replace the lock. Kevin was prompt, responsive, friendly, and incredibly efficient. We’ll definitely be asking him back for more work around the house, and we couldn’t recommend him more!”

“Simon did an outstanding job installing cameras and alarm in our home. Not only was he professional and knowledgeable, but he was also incredibly kind and gentle throughout the entire process. He even took his shoes off without being asked, which really showed how respectful he is of people’s homes. What stood out even more was how patient and friendly he was with my daughter and our dog—he truly made the whole experience comfortable and stress-free for everyone. The installation was completed to a high standard, and everything works perfectly. I couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommended!”

“Chad was delightful. I was very impressed with the flexibility to find a time so quickly. He also helped out with the handle underneath our lock - fitting, sourcing etc. I have used Chad several times before and always recommend him.”

“Alan was very helpful and professional. The problem was not an emergency but haviing been sent photographs of the lock he thought he had a solution. He could not come the same day but made sure he came the next within the time scale he promised. He did a great job.”
