“Freddie was brilliant. Lock failed late at night so couldn’t lock front door. Messaged Freddie and he came so quickly the same evening and repaired lock temporarily, to ensure door locked. He returned at our convenience, and as promised as soon as parts arrived to repair fully- within 2 days. He was friendly, professional and made no mess. Cannot recommend enough”

“Arrived quickly after phone call as my door would not lock. Very efficient and knowledgeable and fixed my lock within an hour. As door was sitting askew, this meant it was not a straightforward lock repair. Extremely happy with the service and result. Highly recommended”
